Baroda, Michigan, and will be shipped by United Postal Service,priority mail. All orders for trees and plants must be accompanied by an additional amount for shipping charges as follows: Orders up to $40.00.................Minimum charge of $8.00 Orders in excess of $40.00.......18% of the total amount Minimum order - $15.00. Residents of Michigan add 6% for sales tax. Our shipping season is from late October providing the trees are dormant (leaves off) in October through the 2nd week in May. Your shipment will be sent at the proper planting time for your area. We will only ship when the tree can be safely planted in your region. REPLACEMENT POLICY: If tree fails to show proper regrowth, we should be notified by August 1st. No replacement after this date. We will replace tree for $5.00 or bush for $3.00 plus packaging, shipping and handling charge of $6.00. No shipping charges for replacements when included with an additional order. NOTE ON BEARING AGE TREES: We prune before shipping for proper growth of these older trees. The number of bearing age trees is limited. If the size of your choice is not available, a younger size tree of the same variety will be shipped. A refund of the difference will be mailed to you. SUBSTITUTIONS: We do not substitute varieties unless requested.
